SATURDAY CLASSES

Fees and Notice

I agree to provide a minimum of half a term’s written notice if my child/children will not be continuing from one term to the next. Failure to do so will result in the full term’s fees being payable. All fees are non-refundable.

Medical Information and Emergency Consent

I will provide LCN with full and accurate details of any medical conditions, allergies, injuries (past or present), learning, behavioural, or additional needs that may affect my child’s participation, wellbeing, or safety. This includes supplying any required medication (e.g. inhalers, antihistamines, Ritalin, Elvanse) on each day my child attends.

I understand that participation in physical activity carries an inherent risk of injury. All tutors are appropriately qualified and take reasonable precautions to minimise risk.

In the event of an emergency, I authorise a member of LCN staff to accompany my child to hospital and to consent to any medical treatment recommended by a qualified medical practitioner if I am unavailable or cannot be contacted.

Additional Needs and Support Requirements

Parents/carers must disclose any learning, behavioural, medical, SEND, EHCP, or additional support needs at the time of booking that may affect their child’s participation, safety, wellbeing or the experience of other children attending.

LCN operates within a group-based staffing model and is unable to provide dedicated one-to-one support unless explicitly agreed in writing in advance.

If a child requires a level of support that we are unable to safely provide within our staffing ratios, facilities, or safeguarding arrangements, LCN reserves the right to decline or withdraw a booking. In such cases, this decision will be made on an individual basis following discussion with parents/carers.

Failure to disclose relevant information in advance may result in a child being unable to attend if their needs cannot be safely accommodated.

Behaviour and Conduct

Disruptive or unsafe behaviour, including physical harm to others, will not be tolerated. LCN reserves the right to exclude a child from the remainder of the term if such behaviour occurs. No refund will be issued in these circumstances.

Personal Property

LCN accepts no responsibility for loss of or damage to personal property brought onto the premises.

HOLIDAY SCHOOLS

Bookings and Cancellations

All holiday school bookings are non-refundable. If your child is unable to attend for any reason, it is your responsibility to arrange for another child to take the place - subject to LCN’s approval.

Activities and Supervision

I consent to my child taking part in all planned activities, including supervised outdoor play during lunchtime.

I agree to provide suitable clothing and provisions for my child, including waterproofs, sun protection, snacks, and a packed lunch.
